Dietary and Exercise Recommendations:- Sleep: 7-9 hrs/day no alarm clock
- Water: bottled or filtered; 1/2 oz/lb body weight, 2/3 oz/lb body weight when exercising
- Diet: increase - organic fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fiber; decrease - sugar, dairy, caffeine, alchohol
